Amazing customer service, I just received a beautiful Diamonesk bridal ring set. And sadly the center stone fell out the second day of wear. I called to get it fixed, expecting to have to jump through hoops. NO! The company is sending out a replacement set for no extra charge and because the set is personalized. No need to send the 1st set back. This is the 1st issue I have ever had with an item, and I have purchased several bridal sets in the past.
